The City of Madison has completed a new set of town homes in the Theresa Terrace neighborhood, increasing affordable housing options for families on the city’s west side.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of these homes. Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway attended the event along with Alder Barbara Harrington-McKinney, Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development Director and Community Development Authority (CDA) Executive Director Matt Wachter, members of the CDA board, and residents from the Theresa Terrace neighborhood.
