Something special is happening at Cadre on June 29. The Dane County Food Collective will host an intimate, one-night “Elements Dinner,” described as a culinary and artistic journey inspired by the latest edition of their journal.
The event is not just a meal but an immersive experience where food, storytelling, and soul unite. Visionary chefs have crafted an exclusive vegan menu that brings “The Elements” — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water — to life on the plate. This will be alongside a celebration of the art from their new journal.
“The Shallot Dinner always sells out,” notes the collective. Tickets are extremely limited for this unique event. It offers a chance to connect with people, enjoy delicious food, and immerse in creativity.
The menu includes:
– Pre-Dinner Cash Bar with live music and complimentary snacks provided by Chef Evan Dannells.
