The initial projects for the East Madison Bikeways and North Shore Drive Path will commence on Monday, May 5th. These projects will focus on enhancing pedestrian and bicycle pathways and improving pavement markings. While some traffic control adjustments are anticipated, routes in all directions will remain open. It is expected that construction on these projects will be completed by mid-June.

The projects include the North Shore Drive Path and the E Washington Ave and First Street Path, as well as the Winnebago Street Path Bicycle Connection.

Further information and background details on these projects can be found on Engineering’s E Madison Bikeways & N Shore Dr Path.
