Lake Ridge Bank and its holding company, Lake Ridge Bancorp Inc., have announced the appointment of Tiffany Scheller to their Board of Directors, effective May 29. This decision follows the retirement of two long-time directors, Ron Krantz and Tom Gannon.

Scheller currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Findorff, a major construction company in the Midwest with an annual project volume exceeding $800 million. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University and has completed leadership programs at Leadership Buckhead and The Leader’s Lyceum. With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, she brings significant expertise in real estate and construction to her new role.

Jim Tubbs, CEO of Lake Ridge Bank, stated, “We are excited to add Tiffany to our team of experts on the Board of Directors guiding our bank into the future.” He expressed confidence that Scheller’s leadership skills would contribute positively to the bank’s success.

The announcement also marks the retirement of Ron Krantz and Tom Gannon from the board. Krantz was a founding member of Middleton Community Bank’s Board before it became part of Lake Ridge Bank. His business involvement spans over 50 years in Dane County. Gannon served nearly 35 years on Monona Bank’s Board and continued with Lake Ridge Bancorp Inc. He owns Gannon Construction Company and Gannon Company—Realtor.

Tubbs acknowledged their contributions by saying, “We have been fortunate to benefit from decades of exceptional leadership by both Ron Krantz and Tom Gannon.”
