MMSD collaborated with UW Health to provide Summer Strength and Speed training for high school student-athletes. The program aimed to help students improve their overall conditioning and strength by focusing on full-body workouts in the weight room.

“Focused on training the entire body, student-athletes had a chance to build their conditioning and put in work in the weight room,” according to MMSD.

The initiative was designed to support student-athletes’ physical development during the summer months, offering structured sessions led by professionals from UW Health.
