Madison West Regents are set to play the Middleton Cardinals Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Madison West High School.
The Regents come into the game following a victory over the Fort Atkinson Blackhawks.
The previous season saw the Regents fall 3-0 to the Cardinals.
They are scheduled to meet the Cardinals again on the road Thursday, April 9, at Middleton High School.
