Metro has announced a reduced service schedule for Monday, May 26, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. On this day, Metro will operate on its Sunday schedule.

The routes available under the Sunday service include Routes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, L, O, P, and R. Route 80 will follow a weekend recess schedule. However, Routes 81 through 84 will not be in operation.

Paratransit services will see all standing rides canceled for the holiday. Riders requiring paratransit services must arrange for a casual ride if they need to travel on that day.

Customer service operations will be adjusted as well. The call center will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but Metro’s Administration office will be closed on Monday.

For further details or inquiries about the changes in service schedules or other concerns during the holiday period, individuals can contact Metro’s Customer Service Center at (608) 266-4466 or send an email to mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com.
