The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District is preparing for the start of the 2025-2026 school year, with students, staff, and families set to return. Staff members have concluded their summer break and are finalizing preparations ahead of the first day of classes next week.

District officials expressed appreciation for the community’s commitment to education. Several updates will be introduced this year, including new elementary mascot logos and a framework called A Cardinal’s Journey, which aims to support future preparedness among students.
