Middleton High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) team qualified 64 students for the FBLA National Leadership Conference, following their performance at the Wisconsin FBLA State Leadership Conference held April 13-14 at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay.

The large number of qualifiers marks Middleton High School as having the highest number of national qualifiers from a single chapter in Wisconsin. The qualifying students will advance to compete at the national event in San Antonio from June 29 to July 2, where they will have opportunities to further develop business skills and pursue scholarships alongside peers from across the country.

In addition to individual achievements, Middleton High School’s FBLA team received first place for Outstanding High School Chapter Award for a third consecutive year. Several students placed first in events such as Digital Animation, Insurance & Risk Management, International Business, Introduction to Programming, Networking Infrastructures, Public Administration & Management, and more. The full list of top-four finishers includes both individual and team entries across multiple business-related categories.

The school’s influence on state leadership also continues as junior Ishika Pulimamidi transitions from her role as State Parliamentarian to become Wisconsin FBLA State Vice President for the next term. Fellow junior Vivian Feng was elected as Wisconsin FBLA State Parliamentarian for the upcoming year.
