On Friday, May 2, former Monona Grove High School standout Danielle Lucey’s current college team, the Wisconsin Badgers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Omaha Mavericks.

The game took place at Goodman Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Mavericks this season.

It was the last Wisconsin Badgers’ game this season

Three seniors at Middleton High School have received National Merit $2,500 Scholarships for their academic achievements. The recipients were chosen from more than 15,000 finalists nationwide based on academics, test scores, leadership roles, essays, and recommendations.
