For a short period starting at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 19, the Overture Center Garage will undergo a communication outage. This planned interruption is due to fiber upgrades at the facility and will affect parking equipment, pay stations, and cashier booths.

During this time, access to the garage will be restricted. Visitors are advised to use the W. Mifflin Street entrance for entry and exit. To support customers during the outage, staff from the Parking Division will be present at the exit gate to assist permit holders and other users of the facility.

A printable map showing routes to the W. Mifflin Street entrance is available. The upgrade work is expected to conclude by Tuesday, May 20 at 2:00 a.m. For alternative parking options during this period, visit the Parking Division’s Garages and Lots page for more information.
