For more than 15 years, QTI has conducted surveys of businesses and organizations throughout Wisconsin to provide a detailed look at changes in the state’s human resources sector. The latest edition, the 2026 HR Trends Survey, is now open for participation.

The survey addresses several key areas including talent attraction, total rewards, the future of work, and artificial intelligence. QTI encourages organizations to take part by sharing their perspectives on these topics. According to QTI, “The QTI Group invites you to participate in the survey and lend your unique perspective and insights into key HR topics, helping your organization and others make informed decisions as you look towards 2026.”

Participants are informed that completing the survey should take about 15 minutes. Individual responses will remain confidential. Those who complete the survey will receive a summary of results with aggregated data for each question.
