Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison (RMHC-Madison) is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to join its team. The position, which reports to the Director of Development, is a full-time salaried role with an annual salary range between $50,000 and $60,000.

Since 1993, RMHC-Madison has provided support for families whose children are receiving medical care at area hospitals. Its programs include the Ronald McDonald House and the Ronald McDonald Family Room at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital-Madison. These initiatives serve thousands of families each year by offering accommodations, meals, and other forms of assistance during challenging times.

The Donor Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen relationships with donors. According to the organization, “The Donor Engagement Manager advances RMHC-Madison’s mission by curating impactful donor experiences and touchpoints. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive stewardship plan to foster loyalty, deepen mission understanding, inspire further engagement, and increase revenue.” The role also involves working closely with internal teams to improve communications with donors and highlight the impact of RMHC-Madison’s programs.
