In a recent press release, it was announced that Parisi Construction will be conducting essential work on N. Biltmore Lane, causing a temporary road closure. The closure is set to take place from Eastpark Blvd. to Buttonwood drive. According to the press release, the section of N. Biltmore Lane affected by the construction will be closed to through traffic, but local access for residents will be maintained during this period.

In addition, the press release also stated that sidewalks along the affected stretch will remain open to pedestrians. The construction work is expected to be completed on the same day it commences, with traffic reopening in the early afternoon, subject to any unforeseen delays.
