Starting on November 1 at 7:00 am, R.G. Huston's paving contractor will continue paving operations on E Doty Street and E Wilson Street. The work will be divided into three zones throughout the day.

Work Zone 1 on E Doty Street, from Pinckney Street to King Street, will be active from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. During this time, contractors will install the final paving surface, maintaining one lane of eastbound traffic at all times.

Work Zone 2 at the Butler Street, King Street, and E Wilson Street intersection will operate from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. A binder paving surface will be installed in the already closed-off portion of the road.

Work Zone 3 at the E Wilson Street and Pinckney Street intersection will be active from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm. Metro Buses will detour onto John Nolen Drive while the final paving surface is installed within the intersection. E Wilson Street, from King Street to Pinckney Street, will temporarily function as a two-way street to maintain access for local businesses and residents. However, no access onto Pinckney Street from E Wilson Street will be allowed.

Access to the Embassy Suites follows a posted detour route through an outer square loop via King Street to Webster Street to Dayton Street to Fairchild Street to Doty Street for access to Pinckney Street. Access to the Wilson Street Parking Garage via Doty St and exit via Wilson St will be maintained at all times. The Hilton Hotel can be accessed via Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard with guidance from flaggers.
