In Madison, Wisconsin, Senator Julian Bradley has issued a statement concerning the recent occupation of the University of Wisconsin campus by protestors. The senator criticized the university's delayed response to what he described as an unlawful occupation.

"Over the weekend, professional protestors arrived in Madison, ignored the law, and disturbed the campus community with their actions," said Senator Bradley. He expressed his hope that "the university will share why it took them so long to enforce the law."

Senator Bradley emphasized his support for free speech rights but condemned illegal activities. "I will always support our God-given right to free speech, even when I disagree with what's being said," he stated. "What I don’t support is petulant instigators breaking the law while the university looks the other way, favoring one group over another."

The situation has raised questions about how universities handle protests and maintain order on campus.
