Stoughton Health has been recognized as a Top Workplace for the second consecutive year by the Wisconsin State Journal. This recognition stems from feedback provided by employees through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, LLC, a technology partner specializing in employee engagement. The survey assessed 15 key cultural drivers vital for organizational success, such as alignment, execution, and connection.

Further recognition for Stoughton Health came in the form of the "Organizational Direction" award. This accolade underscores the staff's strong belief in the organization's trajectory, highlighting a shared confidence in its mission and future prospects.

Chris Brabant, President & CEO of Stoughton Health, commented on the recognition: “Our team’s dedication and belief in our shared vision is what makes this recognition possible. Being named a Top Workplace for the second year in a row, along with receiving the Organizational Direction award, affirms that our staff values the path we’re on and trusts in the future we’re building together. We remain committed to fostering a positive work environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow.”
