Starker Avenue, spanning from Woodvale Drive to Droster Road, is undergoing closure to accommodate scheduled resurfacing and utility work by S & L Underground. This project involves replacing pavement, base courses, sanitary sewer and laterals, water main, and reconnecting water services. Additionally, it includes work on the storm sewer along with selective replacement of curbs, gutters, driveways, and sidewalks. Completion is expected by the end of August 2025.
