Earlier this year, Middleton High School's debate team achieved notable success, securing the Varsity Public Forum Debate Champions title for the fourth consecutive year.

The season saw six varsity and two junior varsity teams from Middleton qualify for the state tournament in West Bend. In the varsity public forum category, Crystal Huang and Vivian Liang excelled, finishing first and third respectively in speaker awards. As a duo, they managed a 5-1 record through six rounds to clinch the Public Forum Championship.

Sai Kandukuri and Nathan Jerin also performed admirably, reaching the quarterfinals with a 4-2 record.

In the junior varsity speaker awards, Rianna Jain placed in the 8th position.

The debate team and their coach, Ms. Kruse, have been congratulated on another successful season.
