Several streets in downtown will be closed on Saturday morning, April 26th, due to the Crazylegs Classic run/walk. Street closures will commence at 9:50 am, with race start times staggered to organize both the walk and run segments of the event. Travelers heading downtown during this period should plan extra time to navigate the area.

The main streets that will be closed include W Gilman St, Langdon St, Old University Ave, and Walnut St. Although the event aims to conclude by 12 pm, streets will reopen incrementally as the last participants in the race pass through each section.

In response to these closures, Madison Metro routes C and 80 will undergo detours to accommodate the event. For those looking for more information regarding the race, detailed maps are available on the Crazylegs course information page.
