Two students from Hadfield Elementary, McKenzie Scott and Brooklyn Patz, have been recognized as the first recipients of Senator Bradley's Forward28 Award. The award honors their initiative in founding the Kindness Crew, a school project designed to promote kindness, leadership, and community service among their peers.

Their work with the Kindness Crew has significantly contributed to creating a more positive atmosphere at their school. Both classmates and educators have drawn inspiration from their efforts.

Senator Bradley commented on the achievement by stating, “The commitment to making a difference that McKenzie and Brooklyn have displayed is exactly what Forward28 is about. Their leadership at such a young age is truly inspiring.”
