Patrick Marsh and Prairie View Middle School in Sun Prairie have been awarded a Compeer Financial Agriculture Education and Classroom Equipment Grant. This grant will supply students with various educational tools, including food dehydrators, an ice cream freezer, a digital microscope, LED grow lights, stethoscopes, otoscopes, animal models, and hydroponic systems.

Compeer Financial is a Farm Credit cooperative dedicated to serving rural and agricultural communities. The grant reflects their commitment to supporting agriculture by providing middle and high school students with opportunities to explore the industry and engage with new technologies.

Eligible programs for this grant include those from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota middle and high schools. This year, Sun Prairie Schools are among 22 Wisconsin schools that received support from Compeer Financial.
