Madison College will host QUEER: A Proud & Loud Art Show from September 29 to October 24, 2025, at the Truax Campus Gallery. The exhibition ceremony is scheduled for October 9 and is open to the public.

The show aims to explore the complexities and beauty of queer existence through a variety of artistic mediums such as painting, sculpture, and photography. More than 21 artists will participate in the exhibit. Among them is Kevin Lempp, whose work “Pangender Pride” will be featured. Lempp’s art often highlights nature and they received an associate degree in web and digital media design from Madison College.

On October 9, attendees can expect drag performances, entertainment, speakers, and refreshments during the event. The gallery will remain open for viewing throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Madison College's employee affinity group, Sexuality and Gender Advocates (SAGA), supports LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, and staff by sharing resources, developing community partnerships, and advocating for their success.

"Join us in celebrating the power of queer artistry and the joy of unapologetic self-expression!"

Further details are available on the Madison College Gallery at Truax webpage.
