Work on the SSM clinic utility project in Verona is experiencing delays due to groundwater issues, according to a recent update from city officials. As a result, changes to traffic patterns will take effect this week.
Currently, northbound Paoli Street remains closed through Thursday, September 25. Starting Friday, September 26, southbound Paoli Street will be closed while northbound traffic reopens. The ramps connecting southbound traffic to US 18/151 are expected to reopen by late October.
Construction activities between the ramps and extending south on Highway 69 to Valley Road are scheduled to continue through November. Drivers are advised to use Old Highway PB for access to US 18/151 or follow posted detour signs.
