Accurate Appraisal, the contracted assessor for the City of Monona, is arranging appointments to conduct property walk-throughs. This year, about one-third of properties in Monona will be reviewed as part of this process.

Property owners who disagree with their assessed property value have options to challenge it. They can participate in an appeal process that includes a face-to-face meeting with the assessor during the Open Book period and further appeal before the Board of Review.
