On Monday, March 24, former Verona Area High School standout Taylor Stremlow’s current collegiate team the Iowa Hawkeyes lost 96-62 against the Oklahoma Sooners in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Lloyd Noble Center, this was the first game against the Oklahoma Sooners during the championship.

Taylor Stremlow’s hometown is Verona and game position is guard.
