Ace Hardware is hoping its new Cross Plains, Wisc., store will be a hit by doing the same things the company has did for the last 90 years.
America’s most celebrated “helpful place” has opened their doors at 20 Glacier Edge Square, and is hosting their grand opening on April 15th, with management vowing to “bring the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products.”
The Cross Plains store is “designed to reflect the needs of the community,” including standing as a source of solutions to everyday home maintenance needs.
“Our mission is to provide customers with the neighborly advice and assistance they have come to expect from Ace,” Ace Hardware said in a press release. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”
With more than 5,500 stores locally owned and operated across the globe and stores in all 50 states, Ace is the largest hardware cooperative in the industry.
Headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., J.D. Power reports Ace has ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” eight years in a row.
Along with its subsidiaries, the company now operates 14 distribution centers in the U.S. and also has the same capabilities in such places as Shanghai, China; Panama City, Panama; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
