April: Home prices in Shorewood Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Shorewood Hills rose by $237,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $871,250 - a 37.5 percent increase over the $633,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Shorewood Hills in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Shorewood Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $12,309, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for April.
