Oak Bank has announced the appointment of Terri Burdick as Assistant Vice President of Treasury Management. In her new role, Burdick will focus on developing and managing relationships with business clients, emphasizing deposit growth and cash management solutions. She will work closely with the business banking team to provide expertise in treasury management products and ensure personalized service that supports client success.

Burdick brings over two decades of experience in various banking sectors, including Treasury Management, Retail Banking, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources. She holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.

Recently relocated to Stoughton with her husband, Burdick has a son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, visiting farmers markets, cycling, long-distance walking, supporting college sports teams, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.

Burdick is also known for her advocacy against food insecurity. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the East Central Illinois Food Bank and plans to continue volunteering at a local food bank or pantry. Additionally, she is committed to accessibility efforts by recording local news for those who are blind or have reading difficulties through Public Radio.
