The City of Madison, in collaboration with the Madison Arts Commission, is seeking an artist to create a mural for the upcoming Madison Public Market. The market is expected to open later this year and will feature a large-scale exterior mural measuring approximately 12 feet high by 52 feet wide on its façade at 202 N First Street.
This project offers a budget of $25,000 and invites professional artists and artist teams to design a piece that celebrates the botanical heritage of south-central Wisconsin.
