The Madison Police Department organized an Easter egg hunt at the Harmony apartments in Madison, Wisconsin. The event provided children with a fun-filled day and offered residents the opportunity to have free professional family photos taken with the Easter Bunny.

According to Officer Victoria Wickershiem, "It’s a good day any time we get to do something special for the kids here. And today, we also got to treat their parents and guardians to a special opportunity."

Officer Wickershiem is a member of the Community Outreach and Resource Education unit, a team operating under a federal grant. Her current focus is outreach in the East District of Madison. The officers, including Wickershiem, regularly organize weekly activities for young residents at the Harmony apartments.
