The Madison Police Department will hold its annual Awards Ceremony on Wednesday at the Monona Terrace. This event recognizes officers, professional staff, and community members for their bravery and dedication to public safety.
Acting Chief John Patterson commented on the significance of the event: "The Awards Ceremony allows us to share some incredible acts of service done by our staff and community members. It's a way to honor people who selflessly helped others during their time of need."
