On Saturday, April 12, former Wisconsin Heights High School standout Kourtney Mercer’s current college team, the Lawrence Vikings, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Cornell Rams.

The game took place at Whiting Field. This was their second matchup against the Rams this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Whiting Field against Monmouth Fighting Scots.
