Sun Prairie's Adult Transition Program has been honored with a Community Service Award by the Sun Prairie Public Library. The program's members were acknowledged for their dedication and willingness to assist, as well as their positive attitudes.
The volunteers have been actively involved in the library, performing tasks such as welcoming patrons, cleaning, and completing various projects three times a week. The recognition certificate from the library expressed gratitude: “Our staff and patrons greatly appreciate the Adult Transition Program volunteers.”
The Sun Prairie Area School District (SPASD) appreciates its partnership with the Sun Prairie Public Library. This collaboration allows adult students to volunteer and acquire transferable skills beneficial for future employment opportunities.
