Dupaco Credit Union has completed its participation in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Mortgage Rate Relief Program. The program aimed to make homeownership more affordable for eligible buyers by providing permanent mortgage rate reductions.

Krystal Frederick, AVP Mortgage Lending at Dupaco, stated, “This program was about more than just lowering rates—it was about opening doors. We’re proud to have helped so many members take that important step toward homeownership, and we remain committed to finding new ways to make those dreams a reality.”

Although the special Mortgage Rate Relief program has ended, Dupaco continues to offer support for homebuyers through various products such as fixed-rate mortgages, VA loans, first-time homebuyer programs, construction and lot loans, and investment property financing. The credit union’s mortgage team provides personalized guidance to help members find suitable options for their needs.
