Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) has introduced the Wisconsin Executive Forum, a new program aimed at providing peer advisory and mentorship opportunities for top business leaders in the state. The initiative targets CEOs, presidents, COOs, and other senior executives from Wisconsin businesses.
The program features monthly sessions that include content from expert speakers and opportunities for executives to connect with peers. According to WMC Vice President & COO Wade Goodsell, “The Executive Forum is so much more than a leadership program — it’s a strategic community of Wisconsin’s leading business minds. We’re bringing together Wisconsin’s most dynamic leaders to learn, challenge each other, and grow together — all to scale their business, maximizing opportunities, and minimizing risks in an increasingly complex business environment.”
Participants will have access to monthly executive roundtables and an exclusive on-demand video library with lectures from industry experts. Goodsell added, “For any team to thrive, it needs bold and courageous leaders. Wisconsin is full of innovative business leaders, and for the first time, we’re bringing them together in a purpose-driven environment. The Executive Forum is a strategic investment in leadership development and organizational excellence — helping members scale their vision, seize new opportunities, and navigate risk with confidence.”
The forum organizes its participants into three geographically based cohorts of 12–14 executives each. Each group is led by an experienced facilitator who guides discussions on topics such as strategic planning, company growth, change management, and executive leadership.
Confidentiality and peer accountability are key elements of the program structure. WMC states that these factors are intended to encourage open conversation among participants while promoting innovative thinking and effective leadership practices.
