The Village of Mount Horeb is seeking an event coordinator for its upcoming Creepy Crawl event, scheduled for Thursday, October 30. The position involves recruiting and communicating with volunteers, contacting vendors and sponsors, marketing the event, securing donations, purchasing supplies, assisting with set-up and take down, and overseeing coordination on the day of the event.

According to the announcement, candidates should be able to work independently and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Comfort working with both volunteers and the public is also required.

Compensation for the role is $15 per hour. The workload ranges from 5 to 20 hours per week in the weeks leading up to the event, with seven working hours expected on the day of the Creepy Crawl.
