Catholic Vote President Brian Burch said Wisconsin Democrats should apply their party hiring criteria to offices like the President and “throw Biden off the ticket” because he is “white, heterosexual, and married to a woman.”

"The Democrats in Wisconsin should apply their candidate criteria for the position of 'Head of People' to the presidency and see how far that gets them,” Burch told Madison Reporter. “Joe Biden is a white, heterosexual, and married to a woman--and according to the Dems, that should disqualify him for the position of Chief Executive of the country.

The job qualifications they require for Wisconsin party jobs suggest Vice President Kamala Harris should be at the top of their national ticket, and a good choice for her VP might be Rachel Levine, the first trans official to receive Senate confirmation,” Burch said. “If Democrats wish to hold together their coalition of pro-aborts, LGBTQIA-ites, countless other 'identities,' Hamas and the pro-Covid vaccine hoax supporters, they should be consistent and throw Biden off the ticket."

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin website has a post for the position of “Head of People,” which would report to the Deputy Executive Director of the party. The party lists 17 different job responsibilities for the position, including developing a “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” (DEI) onboarding and training plan for the party.

Among the qualifications listed for the position is having “close ties to Black, Indigenous, AAPI, Latinx, Muslim, non-English-speaking, disability, and LGBTQIA+ communities," reported The Sconi.

Applicants are also required to have received the MRNA Injection, or so-called “COVID-19 vaccine,” including having received “any booster shots recommended by the CDC.”

The new “head of people” will work with the party to re-elect President Biden (D) and U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.), according to the job listing. The listing lists “race, gender, and other dimensions of identity” as part of the party's work.

Madison, Wisconsin-based Catholic Vote is an advocacy organization that wants to “inspire every Catholic in America to live out the truths of our faith in public life,” according to the group’s website. Founded in 2008, its president is Brian Burch.
