Capitol Consultants, Inc issued the following announcemnet on July 31
The Department of Health Services (DHS) and Wisconsin Hospital Association released the following updated numbers for Friday July 31st, 2020:
- 308 Current Hospital Admissions (108 patients in ICU)

- On Friday, the total number of hospital admissions reported decreased by 33 since Thursday (-33).
- The total number of ICU patients decreased by 3 (-3) since Thursday.
- Cumulatively there have been 935,089 COVID-19 tests in Wisconsin;

- 52,940 positive tests and 882,149 negative tests in Wisconsin (5.7 % positive rate for the pandemic)
- On Friday there were 832 positive tests reported on 15,379 tests (5.4% positive rate Friday)
- 52,940 positive tests and 882,149 negative tests in Wisconsin (5.7 % positive rate for the pandemic)
- Deaths from COVID-19 are at 934 in Wisconsin.

- There were 15 deaths reported on Friday

- 42,317 patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are listed as having recovered (80%), 9,671 cases are still considered active (18%) and 934 patients have died (2%). (last updated by DHS on 7/31)
