Pricing for the median home in Middleton decreased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Middleton fell by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 24.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,600 - a 9.6 percent decrease from the $359,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Middleton in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Middleton for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $6,898, approximately 2.1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
