Marshall median home prices rose by 29.2% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Marshall rose by $64,825 while total sales decreased by 30 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 29.2 percent increase over the $222,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Marshall in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Marshall for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,208, approximately 1.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
