Please join the City of Fitchburg Resource Conservation Commission for an event at McGaw Park June 2 from 5:30 pm-6:45 pm. We will have FREE pizza courtesy of Ian's Pizza and great giveaways from the Home Depot, K&A's Greenhouse, Jung Garden Center, and Fitchburg Farms. The event will feature invasive plant species expert Matt Wallrath, from the Upper Sugar River Watershed Association and Anna Healy, Fitchburg's Urban Forester and Naturalist. You will learn how to identify and manage invasive species in your backyard. Please bring your own lawn chair and your curiosity. Questions?
