Home prices increased in Marshall during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Marshall rose by $61,250 while total sales decreased by 30 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 23.7 percent increase over the $258,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Marshall in May 2021.
