Announcement has been made that South Owen Drive, between Regent Street and Hillcrest Drive, will fully close for reconstruction. The anticipated completion date for the project is September 1. The proposed work includes various tasks such as replacement of asphalt pavement and road base, replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, replacement of storm sewer and private storm connections, installation of new curb and gutter, and replacement of sidewalk and drive aprons as needed.

The closure will restrict thru traffic at the project limits, but local access for residents will be maintained throughout the reconstruction period.
