MADISON, Wis. – Officers from the Madison Police Department participated in the 2024 Leopold Tito Fest, engaging with hundreds of families who attended the event. The annual festivity, hosted by Aldo Leopold Elementary School every spring, provides a day of activities for students and their families.

This year's event included carnival and lawn games, arts and crafts, food stalls, musical performances, and a dunk tank. Madison officers spent Saturday interacting with families, offering squad car tours, and assisting with the dunk tank.

“I love seeing how happy Tito Fest makes the kids. It’s a great way for students, families and school staff to connect. We love being a part of the day too,” said South District Neighborhood Resource Officer Jessica Wolf.

More than 500 families attended this year’s Tito Fest.
