Pride Month at Madison College is dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the LGBTQ+ community. The Sexuality and Gender Advocates (SAGA) displayed posters and banners across campuses in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Reedsburg, Portage, and Watertown to spread awareness.

Madison College positions itself as a year-round ally and advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. SAGA invites employees from diverse backgrounds to promote, support, and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community within the institution. The group aims to provide a safe space for queer individuals and allies, share resources, develop community partnerships, and advocate for the success of LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, and staff.

The Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA), an active student club at Madison College, offers a supportive environment where students of all sexual and gender identities can learn, network, and access resources.

Additionally, Madison College offers the Rainbow Scholarship through the support of QBE North America. This fund awards up to three $750 scholarships each semester to high school students planning to attend Madison College or currently enrolled students who identify as part of the LGBT community.
