UW Homecoming Parade prompts street closures in Langdon area

Multiple streets in the Langdon Street area will be closed to traffic on Friday afternoon, October 25th, due to the UW Homecoming Parade. The parade is scheduled to start at approximately 6:00 p.m.

The affected streets include:

- Langdon Street from Lake Street to Wisconsin Avenue will be closed from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Wisconsin Avenue from Langdon Street to W Gilman Street will also be closed during the same hours. However, a lane will remain open for access to the Edgewater Hotel.

- W Gilman Street from State Street to Wisconsin Avenue will be inaccessible from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- Northbound N Lake Street from University Avenue to Langdon Street will be closed between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
