The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce has announced Adonica Randall as the keynote speaker for the upcoming 2025 Black Business Awards & Recognition Exhibition. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin.

Randall serves as the President of a technology solutions firm and is recognized for her contributions to business development, STEM innovation, and minority entrepreneurship. Her career spans over four decades during which she has spearheaded initiatives across various sectors including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology. She focuses on business growth and process improvement while advocating for increased opportunities for underrepresented groups. Randall's involvement extends to economic development and workforce advancement through her roles as a board member and mentor.

The awards ceremony will honor the achievements of Black-owned businesses in sectors such as real estate, construction, landscaping, and home improvement. A total of 11 awards will be presented to business leaders who are making significant contributions to their communities.
