On February 20, 2025, Rep. Pocan praised Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers for his initiative to audit insurance companies for denying healthcare claims. He stated: "Great bold plans from @GovEvers! He wants Wisconsin to be the first state in America to audit insurance companies for denying healthcare claims." Pocan emphasized the frustration of Americans with their health insurance providers.

The following day, February 21, 2025, Rep. Pocan issued a warning regarding potential threats to the United States Postal Service by former President Donald Trump and Republican lawmakers. He remarked: "If Trump and fellow Republicans destroy the post office, don’t ever let them forget it." He highlighted the critical role of postal services for all Americans.

Later that day, Rep. Pocan shared insights from a town hall meeting with the Wisconsin Farmers Union where he noted the absence of Republican representatives including Derrick Van Orden and Tom Tiffany.
