On Thursday, March 20, former Monona Grove High School standout Avery Poole’s current collegiate team the UW - Oshkosh Titans lost 49-47 against the Smith Pioneers in the NCAA Division III Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Cregger Center, this was the first game against the Smith Pioneers during the championship.

Avery Poole’s game position is guard.
